Less noise. More signal—before anyone says “yes.”

For years, the default paths were narrow. Brands who needed the right face mostly relied on introductions, an agent or agency, or manually combing social media—opening tabs, screenshotting rates from Stories, and losing context the moment the thread moved to email.

Creators faced the same triad, flipped: work typically arrived through introductions, an agent or manager, or grinding it out in social feeds and DMs—hoping the right brief lands before the next algorithm shift. Same three doors; different side of the table.

Luminist exists to sit between that old triad and the chaos of unstructured chat: a calmer layer where discovery has shape—rates, proof, and fit visible early—so the first conversation starts closer to the truth. None of the old friction is malice; it is what happens when there is no shared surface in the middle.

We are building a place where discovery stays structured and the human conversation can start from something closer to the truth. That is a product stance, not a slogan: we care about the window where people are still comparing, still aligning internally, still deciding whether to reach out at all.

We are Malaysia-first in how we write defaults, examples, and tone—because local context matters for how briefs are written and read. The product will grow; the posture will stay: calm surfaces, honest copy, no pretend scale.

What we believe

  • A brief should land with enough context that someone can say yes, no, or not yet—without a scavenger hunt through DMs.
  • Creators are not interchangeable tiles. Respect shows up in how we frame rates, proof, and fit—not only follower counts.
  • The hard part is the decision before the deal. We want that moment to feel legible, not loud.
  • When money changes hands, it belongs in the relationship between brand and creator—not as a forced checkout on our rails.
