Luminist collects information needed to run public Creator discovery, public Jobs, applications, campaign workflows, account access, ownership claims, notifications, and admin operations.
Information we process
This may include account name and email; Creator public profile information; Job and application details; Engagement records and quotations; campaign shortlists; enquiry content; ownership claim notes; Organization public Job context; uploaded media metadata; audit logs; and operational records.
How we use information
We use data to authenticate users, display public profiles and Jobs, route applications and enquiries, protect the platform, send operational emails, support Profile and Organization workspaces, and administer the service.
Service providers
Depending on deployment settings, Luminist may use database hosting, object storage, email delivery, rate limiting, and hosting providers. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, application, campaign, audit, and operational records for product and security purposes. Members can request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, abuse prevention, or administration.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Logged-in members can submit a deletion request from the account deletion page.
